About Night To Shine

Night to Shine is a worldwide prom experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs. Every honored guest enjoys an evening of dancing, dinner, and celebration — and each one is crowned king or queen before the night is over.

Hosted by churches around the globe and sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, Night to Shine reminds each guest that they are loved, valued, and celebrated just as they are!

 This event is  for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. Although this a free event, registration is required.

Join us in creating a magical night to remember! Volunteers help with red carpet greetings, hair and makeup, food service, photography, music, and more.

Requirements:

• Volunteers must be 16 years or older.
• Volunteers under 18 must submit a permission form.
• All volunteers are required to complete a background check.

Background checks completed for NTS 2025 will carry over for 2026. Anyone who did not complete a 2025 background check (including those who last served in 2024) must submit a new one for 2026.

Individuals with special needs ages 14 and older.

Check-in begins at 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive before 6:00 PM.

No, this event is completely free.

Returning guests will attend the same location they joined last year whenever possible.

New guests are placed at either Calvary Chapel or Gateway Church venues based on factors such as home location, venue capacity, and individual needs.

Our team works closely with guests, caregivers, and group homes to ensure the best experience for each honored guest.
